Enjoy Functional Integrated Training (F.I.T.) Club and group fitness. Get fit, be motivated, motivate others, set new fitness records, or compete with friends!

F.I.T. the Functional Integrated Training strength and resistance training module complies with, and expounds upon, the perameters set forth by the top three most highly accredited national certification boards in Personal Fitness Training. Namely, the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association(N.E.S.T.A.), the National Academy of Sports Medicine(N.A.S.M.), and the National Council on Strength and Fitness(N.C.S.F.). This seven (7) phase workout and resistance training module features built in safety and progression parameters that are easy to understand and execute effectively.

Also featured in F.I.T. Club is F.C.T. the Functional Core Training module, consisting of four (4) core muscle development phases, delivers results that have proven to prevent future injuries in both life and fitness training, increase physical performance ability, and achieve positive physical adaptation week over week, month over month, and year after year.

No workout would be complete without FLEX-101. This systematic approach and practical application of proper flexibilty and corrective exercise techniques provides you with optimal performance and development of all of your body's muscles.

Professional Health Counselor (PHC)
All of our Professional Health Counselors go through a Master's Certification Program in turn providing a variety of specializations. We work with Registered Dieticians, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, Physical Therapists, and more. We always want to ensure you recieve the best quality service possible!

The intension of F.I.T. Club is to prepare each individual for any future situations of mental or physical demand. Often at times when team compatibility is a factor.

365|Fitness F.I.T. Camps and Boot Camp programs help to achieve just that. We prepare you for future situations of mental and physical demand, team building, and the ability to overcome the stresses of real everyday life.
